Scope:
- Lifeguard Headquarters and Restroom facility complete with large floor to ceiling windows (for clear view of the beach area), split HVAC units and all required electrical (lighting, etc.). Building included a dedicated restroom facility including a shower, along with medical office to handle incidents. Further, the building had interior roof access stairs with a tempered glass railing system, allowing for lifeguard monitoring of the beach.
